SHEGLAM Lock'd In Setting Spray 55ml is a mattifying setting spray from SHEGLAM, the beauty sub-brand of Chinese fast-fashion company SHEIN. The formula uses Alcohol at position #2 in the INCI as its main quick-drying agent and a silicone crosspolymer (Vinyl Dimethicone/Methicone Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer) as the film-former that creates the matte, smoothing finish. Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Sodium Hyaluronate, and Panthenol are listed near the bottom of the INCI in low concentrations. The spray contains Fragrance (Parfum) plus two labelled allergens (Linalool, Hexyl Cinnamal). Two upfront corrections: the product listing claims "Alcohol-Free" and "Silicone-Free," but the INCI contradicts both. Alcohol is the second-highest-concentration ingredient, and two silicone derivatives are present.
