It uses mica, synthetic fluorphlogopite, and borosilicate pearls to catch the light on the high points of the face. Glycerin and propanediol keep the formula hydrating, so it sits on skin without looking dry or cakey. A film former helps it hold through the day once it sets. It comes in three light-to-warm shades in a 5.2ml bottle and works on bare skin or over makeup. Best for normal to dry skin that wants a fresh sheen; very oily or textured skin may prefer a powder highlighter.
