The sun is one of the most important factors of skin aging and hyperpigmentation. We distinguish different types of radiation: UVA (UVA1 has a range of 340-400 nanometers and UVA2 includes 320 and 340 nanometers), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is not noticeable to us because the ozone layer protects us from it.

- Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract: An Aryuvedic medicinal herb known for it’s yellowness. Has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties, and might help regulate sebum production and have a brightening effect.
